Windsor Oaks Dolphins

For the 2026 season, the Board is looking to recruit Assistant, Junior, and Volunteer Coaches for swim team and our rookie league:

If 18 or under, these coaches must be registered to swim in meets for Windsor Oaks for the season, have some swim team experience, and possess excellent character as they are role models for our younger swimmers!

• To be considered as an Assistant Coach, applicants must have a current lifeguard certification (valid May 4 through July 1, 2026). Assistant Coaches will be paid.
• To be considered as a Junior Coach, applicants must have a current lifeguard certification (valid May 4 through July 1, 2026). Junior Coaches will be paid.
• To be considered as a Volunteer Coach, applicants must be at least a rising freshman in high school. Volunteer Coaches can submit their hours for credit and receive a letter of recommendation.

Applications are due March 23, 2026. The Board will let you know if you have been accepted to coach, and will email you a contract by April 15th, 2026.
