Welcome to the Windsor Oaks Swim Team!

Here are some VERY IMPORTANT things you'll want to do NOW to make sure you are set up for a smooth season…

• Download the SWIMTOPIA App
• This app is FREE and essential for a smooth summer swim season!
• Swimmer events and results as well as volunteer assignments will be available to view in the app!
• You will login with the same email and password you used to access registration on our website.
• Share this info with family members and older swimmers! You can all login on the app with the same account to see your family's information.

• RSVP for Meets and Volunteer Job Sign Ups.
• You can RSVP your swimmer for meets on the “Calendar/Meet RSVP” tab on our website
•  Soon you will be able to sign up for volunteer jobs on the “Calendar/Meet RSVP” tab on our website

• RSVP for Meets: Click on “RSVP” for each meet to indicate if your swimmer/s WILL or WILL NOT be available for that meet
• Go ahead and do this now. You can make changes for your swimmer's availability up until SUNDAY at Noon before the meet.
• If you don't RSVP that your swimmer/s will be in the meet, they will not be in the line up!

• Volunteer Job Sign Up:
• Click on “Job Sign Up” and choose your volunteer position/s for the meets at which you can volunteer. *All assignments will be confirmed later by our Volunteer Coordinators.
• Each family is responsible for a MINIMUM of 2 volunteer shifts, with the exact number determined after registration closes. Season requirements will be communicated via email by the volunteer coordinators. 
• We will train all new volunteers, so don't worry if you sign up for something you don't know anything about. A job description is attached to each job.
• Sign up early to choose the job you'd like.. .first come, first served!

• Order Your Team Suit!
• Our team suit for this season is the same as last year. Information will be coming soon on which suit to order. It will be available at All American Swim (885 Woodstock Road in Roswell; 770-400-9870). Purchasing our team suit is not mandatory, but highly encouraged. Be sure to order early so you can be sure to have it before the first meet as they may not have all sizes in stock.

• A Few Safety Rules for the Season:
  • An adult/parent is required to be on deck for each practice for swimmers ages 3-8.
  • Siblings/parents of registered swimmers are NEVER allowed to enter the water before, during, or after practices due to insurance liability reasons.
  • Swimmers are only allowed in the water, with coach supervision and permission, during their assigned practice times-- this includes playing on the steps.
  • For safety reasons, the board and/or coaches reserve the right to remove any swimmer from practice or a meet if their behavior is disruptive.
