2026 Practice Schedule
We understand that school obligations might prevent swimmers from making all the afternoon practices and that the summer is busy with vacations and camps. While we know that the more practices swimmers attend, the more progress they will make, having to miss a few practices is completely normal! You do NOT need to let the coaches know if your swimmer will be absent from practice.
Swimmers ages 4-8 will require a parent/adult on deck during all practices. Swimmers ages 9 & up may be dropped off/picked up from practice.
Afternoon Practices: May 4th – May 19th

| Rookies | No Rookie practice until May 26 |
| 5-6 | 4:00 – 4:30 |
| 7-8 | 4:30 – 5:00 |
| 9-10 | 5:00 – 5:45 |
| 11 + | 5:45 – 6:30 |
Morning Practices: May 22nd – June 22nd
*Rookie practices begin May 26th

No practice will be held on:
May 20th (Last Day of School for Cobb County)
May 25th (Memorial Day)
