How to RSVP for Meets
We understand that with summer travel plans and other sports and activities, it is often impossible to make every swim meet... in fact, most swimmers don't, and that is ok!
All WOST swimmers have the opportunity to swim in all of our swim meets under one very important condition: that you RSVP for the meet before Friday at Midnight before the meet.
A swimmer's RSVP can be changed for a meet up until Midnight on Friday before the meet.
How To RSVP Your Swimmer for Meets:
- Click the green MEET RSVP tab on our website
- Click on the Green RSVP link for the Meet
- Click the green Edit tab under your swimmer(s) name(s)
- For each of your swimmers, select an option from the drop down next to their names: either Attending or Not Attending
- Due to limitations of heats and events by the league, you cannot choose your events this year
- Click Save to record your choices.
The line up/heat sheet is posted online and emailed by noon on meet day but the Swimtopia app is the best place to find swimmer events and volunteer jobs for each meet.
Entries are subject to change up until the time of the meet. A coach will contact you if there has been a change.
Warm up time for home meets is 5:00pm and 5:30pm for away meets. All meets begin promptly at 6:00pm. Meets are generally completed by 10-10:30pm, weather permitting. 5/6 year olds are done with their events in the first half (after event 45), usually by 7:30pm.
